Processing and Shipping

What are your shipping days?

Due to Covid-19 shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

How long is processing time once I place my order?

Please allow 3 days for processing and an additional 3-days for shipping. We ship USA ONLY through USPS/

Refund Policy

Can I refund my product?

Our items are unique and carefully handcrafted. We are a small business, therefore, there are no refunds or exchanges.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.  We are not responsible for damage that may occur while your package is in transit.  All mail is sent via USPS and is insured.  Contact your local post office to make a claim. 

Damaged Goods

What happens if I receive my item is damaged?

If you believe you have received the wrong item or there is damaged caused by our company, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss.  Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt.  You must provide proof that your order came damaged (picture or video).  Options will be discussed upon review.

How will my order be shipped?

All items are shipped via postal mail.

Tracking

Am I required to add my email when purchasing?

You do not have to, however, it is beneficial so you can track your order once it ships.  You will receive an email informing you your order has shipped.
